Tradition continues on Friday, February 10 from 5:00-7:00pm as we welcome back Gilles from St~Germain who has a way with cocktails made from the eponymous St~Germain ($36) and who will show off his great french accent. He'll be whipping up his famous elderflower elixirs and explaining the alchemy of turning flowers into liqueur. And, of course, we'll be featuring a tasting of treats from La Maison du Chocolat. .
St~Germain, the first ever liqueur made from elderflower, is great on its own or in cocktails, especially those made with sparkling wines (Gilles will be using our Gruet Sparkling Rose). St~Germain's seductive packaging and lush pear and Meyer lemon flavors make it the perfect accompaniment to your Valentine's Day evening.
In addition to sampling their chocolates, La Maison will have their Valentine's Day Box, and other combinations, available for sale.
