You see us every time you come in, but here are the names and a little bit about each person.
Seth Datz - Owner
Seth caught the wine bug many years ago and decided to go at it full-time after a long career as a financial/operations executive, primarily in the cosmetics industry. He wishes he had changed careers sooner as it's such a great feeling to pick out wines for people they really enjoy, have tastings turning people on to new wines and getting to meet and interact with so many people on a daily basis. Seth holds the WSET Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spirits.
Amber holds certificates from The Court of Master Sommeliers as well as the WSET. She spent her first two years in the city working in restaurants on the Upper West Side and is pleased to have made the transition from service to the wine industry.
