Founded in 1802 by Salvatore Averna, the Sicilian spirits maker is run today by the fourth generation of his family.
This is "not your grandfather's sambuca."  Produced using 100% Sicilian star anise it is bursting with sweet liquorice flavors but is also smooth and refreshing.
