Beau Pere Rooster Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2010

This is the inaugural vintage for this Lake County Sauvignon Blanc sourced entirely from the Rooster Vineyard.  It is inspired by the white wines of Bordeaux.
Intense grassy notes on the nose followed by flavors of ripe pear and rich tropical fruit backed by lively acidity.
