Blue Gin 750ml

Austrian distiller Hans Reisetbauer has long been reknowned for his hand made fruit liqueurs, and began making this fantastic gin in 2003 on a dare from his wife.
The base spirit is made from the wheat variety Mulan which is distilled two times in 300 liter copper pot stills.  A blend of 27 botanicals is then macerated in the spirit which is then distilled a third time. 
Incredibly fresh juniper aromas are followed by a clean and crisp palate with a lively mix of juniper, lemon zest and spice.
