Col di Rocca Prosecco NV

Col Di Rocca is a young winery located in the hills of Treviso.  The vineyards are surrounded by olive trees and are planted alternately between meadows and wooded areas.  This diverse environment encourages natural pest management allowing the winemakers to minimize the use of anti-parasite treatments. Keeping the health of the vineyard and consumer in mind, only environmentally respectful products are utilized.
Floral aromas with flavors of honey and pear followed by a lingering, fruity finish.
