Augustin Cubero Unus Syrah 2007

Founded in 1953, the Cubero winery produces wine sold almost entirely in Spain, with very little being exported to the US. 

We're lucky to have this big, ripe, rich berry, smoky, spicy wine with a hint of bacon fat.
