Domaine Collin Cremant de Limoux NV

Philippe Collin is originally from the Champagne region of France, thus he has the credentials to produce this wonderful Crémant (a sparkling wine made outside the Champagne region).  The wine is made just like champagne, but with the addition of chenin blanc to the blend.
 

Lemon drop, good acidity, nice body.  A fine alternative to much more expensive champagne.
