Berkshire Mountain Distillers Greylock Gin 750ml

Established in 2007, Berkshire Mountain Distillers’ spirits are hand crafted in small batches at the Berkshire’s first legal distillery since prohibition. Berkshire distills from the ground up, sourcing local farm products when possible and using their own springwater in their spirits.  To produce the Greylock gin a blend of botanicals is packed into a gin head suspended over a pot still, which infuses the distillate with its unique essence. This time honored method is labor intensive but leads to an incredible depth of flavor.
 

Clean and crisp with a nice balance of citrus, juniper and floral notes.
