The Hedonist Unoaked Chardonnay 2011

The Hedonist wines are made by Walter Clappis, a well known Australian winemaker who is a leading exponent of sustainable viticulture.  He is assisted by his daughter Kimberly who is also a winemaker.  This Chardonnay was fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to preserve it's fresh fruit aromas and flavors.

Full flavored, with great length, and crisp acidity and offers lime juice, spice, melon and nectarine fruit characters.
